The Storyteller

From T-Rep to Emmy-Nominated Anchor

Tony’s journey began at just nine years old as T-Rep the Young Prayzr — a gospel hip-hop artist blending high-energy performance with powerful messages of faith and identity.

Between ages 9 and 17, he performed at over 500 events across 15+ states, sharing stages with Kirk Franklin, Lecrae, Mali Music, and Da’ T.R.U.T.H., and reaching international audiences in the UK and Hong Kong.

After earning his B.A. in Journalism from Georgia State University, Tony gained hands-on experience with Good Morning America, FOX 5 Atlanta, WSB-TV, The King Center, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

In 2020, he became one of the youngest Black male anchors in his region. As host and executive producer of INsight on ABC21, his work earned a 2025 Emmy nomination for excellence in lifestyle reporting.
